Our History

The evolution of Latvia's most innovative management development community

2018

The Founding

Pixel Progress Guild was founded by a group of five Latvian tech industry managers who recognized the need for a different approach to leadership development. The first meetings were held in a small co-working space in central Riga with just 15 members.

2020

Digital Transformation

As global circumstances changed, we rapidly pivoted to a hybrid model, developing our first digital learning platform and virtual community spaces. This transformation expanded our reach throughout Latvia and established our first international connections.

2022

Corporate Programs Launch

Building on our success with individual managers, we launched our corporate consulting services, bringing our innovative methodologies to organizations across Latvia. Our first partnerships with major Latvian companies established our reputation for delivering measurable results.

2024

Baltic Expansion

We expanded our footprint across the Baltic region, establishing partnerships with management communities in Estonia and Lithuania. Our annual Baltic Management Summit became the premier regional event for forward-thinking leaders.

2026

Today & Beyond

Now with over 500 members and a network spanning the entire Baltic region, Pixel Progress Guild continues to innovate in management development. Our research initiatives are shaping the future of leadership practices in Latvia and beyond.
